Refund and Returns Policy

At Barn Owl Candle Co, we take great pride in the quality of our candles and customer satisfaction is a top priority. However, we understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to offer a refund or exchange.

Our refund policy is as follows:

  1. Returns: We accept returns within 7 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your candle(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  2. Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective candle, please contact us within 7 days of receipt and we will be happy to replace it or offer a refund. Please note that we may require a photo of the damaged or defective item before issuing a refund.
  3. Custom Orders: Custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
  4. Shipping: Customers are responsible for paying for their own shipping costs for returning the product. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

A portion of all sales will be donated to the Moffitt Cancer Center. Please note that this donation will be made regardless of whether a refund is requested for the purchase. We appreciate your understanding and support of this important cause.
