When will I receive my order?

Once an order is placed with us we will process your order that day if it is before 4pm. If not before 4pm, we will have your order out the next following business day. Once your package is packed and shipped, we will send you a confirmation email that will have your tracking information.

Please note that standard delivery time is between 2-3 business days (USA/Canada Only) that are estimated depending on distance and holidays. If you live outside the USA, 2-3 weeks you will get your package from us.

While we strive to deliver our orders on time, some things might play a factor in the delivery delays such as extreme weather conditions. Our goal is to always keep you updated on your order.

Can I pick up my order if I’m local?

I received the wrong order/item, what do I do next?

If you placed an order with us and received the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible and with the following:

  • Picture of the item(s) you received (please make sure it is visible and easy to read)
  • Your order number and tracking number

We will do our best to make it right and get you your item that you ordered from us

My package/item was damaged, what next?
